제이에이치씨, 100억 투자 충북 오창에 신공장…"산업용 세정제·접착제 양산

화학소재 기업 제이에이치씨는 100억원을 투자해 충북 청주시 청원구 오창에 부지 1200평, 건평 3000평 규모 신공장을 마련했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이곳에서 산업용 세정제와 전도성 접착제 등을 생산할 계획이다. 세정제는 월 30만톤, 접작체는 월 30만 스퀘어미터(㎡)를 양산할 수 있는 능력을 갖췄다. 기존에도 생산 설비가 있었지만 공장을 확장, 이전했다.
제이에이치씨 산업용 세정제는 금속소재 표면 오일이나 오염물을 제거하는 제품, 반도체 공정에 사용하는 포토레지스트 스트리퍼, 금과 금합금을 제거하는 고속용 침적 박리액 등이 있다. 정부 규제 물질을 배제한 친환경 제품이다.
산업용 세정제 외 접착체, 특히 전도성 접착필름을 만든다. 전도성 접착필름은 연성인쇄회로기판(FPCB)과 부품을 연결하는데 쓰는 재료다. 기판과 부품 사이 필름을 놓은 후 열과 압력을 가하면 접착이 끝난다. 제조 과정을 간소화할 수 있고 초소형 부품 실장에 편리하다. 전도성 접착필름은 스마트폰 카메라 모듈이나 지문인식 모듈에 주로 적용된다.
제이에이치씨는 신공장 준공으로 사업을 확대할 계획이다.
김병선 제이에이치씨 대표는 “신공장을 마련해 화학물 제조와 보관, 운송을 모두 제공할 수 있게 됐다”며 “차별화된 제품과 서비스로 사업을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
